Jonathan Fortun, senior economist at the IIF, told CNN Brasil that much of the foreign money in Brazilian stocks flowed through the EWZ exchange traded fund, which lost about a quarter of its early October inflows in the week after the vote. He also expects non residents to remain net sellers of Brazilian equities in November until Lula's new economic team is known, even though daily selling eased sharply in late October.
