About this work
Jonathan Fortun of the IIF told Bloomberg Línea that Bolivia's spread fell from 704 to 494 basis points this year but stays fragile given scarce reserves and May's blockades. He said Venezuela's path hinges on a US license, the IMF's return and a debt sustainability analysis, and that Argentina's spread nearly doubled from 407 to 801. He added that US rates, risk appetite and oil will drive spreads through year end.
